Why does Adit create a user within my EHR (Patient Management System)?
In order for Adit to be able to sync information into your system, a user is required to both push and pull the information in your database to and from the Adit platform, and is created as part of the server installation process.
This does not allow any individual at Adit direct access your server or patient management system, and is used only for the purposes of syncing information into your Adit App.
If you remove this user from your patient management system, Adit will no longer be able to sync with your server information. This will require a re-install which will re-create the Adit user.
