To respond to a review:

  1. Locate the desired review in the list.

  2. Scroll all the way to the right.

  3. Click the Reply Arrow icon.

  4. Type your response in the box provided.

  5. Click Send.

Your response will be posted on the review on its corresponding business page.

When responding to reviews, keep the following in mind:

  • Stay positive, friendly, and professional.

  • Do not expose any patient information, even if the patient mentions it in their review.

  • If a review is negative, do not get defensive. Offer to speak with the patient in person or on the phone to resolve any issues they may have experienced.
