Turn Form Automation On or Off
You can easily turn your automatically assigned forms on or off with the click of a button.
1. Navigate to the Patient Forms module.
2. In the top navigation menu, select Auto-Assign. If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.
3. Locate the auto-assigning form that you would like to edit.
4. Click the toggle switch to turn the selected form on or off.
If the switch is grey with the button to the left, it is off.
If the switch is orange with the button to the right, it is on.
