Send an Incomplete Form Back to a Patient

You may occasionally find that a patient does not fully complete a form, or accidentally misses a field that you need. You can easily send an incomplete form back to a patient for them to complete.

1. Navigate to the Patient Forms module and Select Submissions

2. Locate the form you'd like to resend, then select the patient's name to open their form detail page.

3. Select the Resend Submission button at the top

Note: Editing a forom will only be visible on the screen if a signature is not required on your form. If a signature is required, you will not have the option to edit the form on the practice's side.

4. In the pop up, fill out the fields, then select Send
