There are two ways to send a Treatment Plan once it is ready: from the plan builder page, or from the Treatment Plans dashboard.
If you are building a Treatment Plan, there is a button at the very bottom of the plan builder to Save & Send.
From the Treatment Plans dashboard, you can send a plan from the All or Draft pages. Click the Send arrow icon in the far-right column.
When you click either of those options, a box pops up where you can specify how to send the Treatment Plan to the patient. You can Select a method, either directly to the patient via SMS (text message) via Email or both. Here you also have the option to Select Push to Device. Select which device to Push the form to and press Send. This will allow you to view the treatment plan and share with the patient on your office tablet using the Adit Patient Forms Application. If you choose to send the plan via SMS (text message), via Email, or both Check the box for the methods you would like to use, then use the Message Priority dropdown to determine which should take priority.
The remaining fields in this pop-up allow you to customize the contents of the text message or email that we will send to this patient.
When you’re ready, click the Send button at the bottom of the screen to send the Treatment Plan to the patient.
