Schedule a manual review request to be sent at a certain time
You can choose to schedule Pozative text messages to send at a certain time. Some practices do this because they have noticed trends in reviews being left at a certain time of day; other practices do so simply because a patient asked for the request to be sent later.
To schedule a review request:
In the top navigation menu, click Quick Text.
Select the Review Request icon.
Fill out the Patient Name and Patient Number fields.
Note: If your EHR is integrated with your Adit account, you’ll see a dropdown menu that allows you to select the patient from your existing patient directory.
By default, the review request will allow the patient to choose from all of your connected business pages (i.e. Google Business page, Facebook page, etc.). To send a request for a review on a specific business page, select the desired platform from the icons displayed on the form.
Click the Schedule button.
Select the date of time you want the request to go out and click OK.
Click the Send button to schedule your message
