Review and Manage My Terminal Order
Navigate to the Adit Pay module and click on Preferences
Under your location on the left hand side, click on Terminal
Click on Orders
Click on View Details
You can check the status of your terminal on this detailed page.
To Cancel Your Order:
Click on Cancel Order. This button will be available as long as the terminal has not been processed and shipped out yet. If it was already sent out, then the cancel button will be replaced with a refund request button instead.
To Request a Refund:
Click on Request Refund
Select the quantity of items you would like to refund and explain the reason you would like to refund your order.
Click on Send Email
Our support staff will review your refund request and respond accordingly.
