Setting Up Practice Analytics Reports by Email - Daily, Weekly, Monthly
To update preferences to receive reports via email from Practice Analytics go to Settings > Notifications > Alerts.
Scroll down to find Practice Analytics section.
At the end of that section click on Add to include any users to receive email reports.
Select location, user and which reports to send.
Daily reports are sent the following day at 8 am your local time.
Weekly reports are sent on Sunday for the previous week at 8 am your local time.
Monthly reports are sent the day after the completion of the month at 8 am your local time.
If any sync problem arises, we will instead notify you via email of the sync problem, once the problem is resolved your reports will resume.
