What are Adit's minimum system requirements?

Adit’s integrated software platform and voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone system have relatively low requirements for storage, memory, and speed. Your practice must be able to meet the requirements listed below in order to use our products.

Server Application

Our server application integrates Adit's features with your EHR/PMS software. The Adit application is small, and it must be installed on the same computer as your EHR/PMS software database.

Operating System: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or higher
Memory: 8 GB RAM or higher
CPU: 4 cores at 2.4 GHz or higher
Drive Space: 1 GB (must reside on the same drive as your EHR/PMS software)
Internet Speed:  10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload

Adit Voice Phones

In addition to the server application requirements listed above, your practice must also meet the following requirements for each phone.

Internet Speed: 2 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload per phone

Adit Desktop App

Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (64-bit), or all versions of MAC OS
Memory: 4 GB RAM or higher (16 GB preferred)
CPU: minimum dual core processor
Drive Space: 1-2  GB of available space
Screen Resolution of 1366x768 or higher
