How to Set up Your Email to Receive eFaxes

You can set up email notifications to let you  know when a new eFax is received at your practice, to ensure you don’t miss one.


To set up eFax email notifications:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your Adit platform.

  2. Select Phone System from Voice section

  3. On the Top, you will see two numbers

  4. One assigned to Fax , One assigned to Landline

  5. Click on the landline number to open the call flow editor , from there you can click on the Fax Number

  6. Under Send Incoming Faxes to, enter the email address who should receive a notification.

  7. Click the Add button.
