How to set up the microsite

With the microsite, you can send patients an easy link to go schedule their next appointment. You can send this link via SMS, email, or add it on your website.


To set a Receptionist Email:

  1. Navigate to the Online Scheduling module.

  2. In the top navigation menu, select Preferences.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.

  3. Click on the toggle to enable the microsite.

  4. Once enabled, it is time to set up the microsite

    1. Fill out the fields and check what you would like to display

    2. Select which flow you would like your patients to follow when requesting an appointment, by clicking the toggle.

      1. Flow A: Patient fills out their basic information, and then fills out appointment details

      2. Flow B: Patient fills outs appointment details, and then fills out their basic information

    3. Customize the fields in the flow by click and dragging fields on the left to the right, as you desire

  5. Once the microsite is enabled and set up, scroll to the top and you will see the microsite URL. Copy the link by pressing the Copy button, and paste the link in a web browser to see how it looks. Make any changes will take effect immediately if needed.

    1. You can add this link to your SMS reminders, emails, or on your website.
