Port in your existing Number.

Typically, when you sign up for Adit there is a section in your first Welcome Questionnaire that asks you for information about any numbers you would like to port. If for some reason your practice still needs to port in a number, please follow the below instructions. These instructions apply to landline numbers, fax numbers, and tracking numbers.

To Port in your existing number:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon at the top right corner of your Adit platform.

  2. Select Number List from the menu.

  3. Click the “Port-In” button

  4. Select the location you are wanting to port the number for and click Continue

  5. Fill out the form and click submit. Our team will follow up with you on further instructions and updates on the status of your port. This can typically take 1 to 2 weeks depending on your existing Fax provider.
