How to Get a Fax Number
There are two main ways to get a fax number. The first way is to purchase a fax number, and the second way is to port in a fax number.
Important note: Only Owner-level and Manager-level users are able to purchase numbers.
To purchase a fax number:
Go to Settings
Select Number List from the menu
Find the Tracking Numbers section.
Click Order New
Select the Location and Country
Next, select Find Fax Numbers and type in the area code of the fax number you want to purchase.
Please note that when searching for available numbers, availability may be limited based on your area. If there is no availability for your desired area code or location, we recommend trying other area codes within the same vicinity.
Next, select an available number
Click Place Order
Now your fax number is purchased and ready to go!
