How to find patient comm logs in my PMS

Adit enables you to log all communication with your patients into their respective patient file in the Practice Management Software. When enabled, this feature will log all historical and new data such as calls, texts, emails, and payments logged into the patient’s file. All communications will be saved in the following location based on the specific PMS.

Eaglesoft:
  1. Launch Eaglesoft from your Desktop
  2. Click on the Account button to find the patient you would like to see logs for and search patient
  3. At the patient account screen, use the patient notes (mceclip1.png) icon to see all of the communication log history for the patient


Dentrix:
  1. Launch Dentrix from your Desktop
  2. From any Dentrix module, click the Office Journal button () to see all of the communication log history for the currently opened patient. To switch to a different patient, click the Select Patient button and choose a patient


















Open Dental:
  1. Launch Open Dental from your Desktop
  2. Use the Select Patient button to find the patient whose activity you would like to see
  3. Click Account to pull up the patient's account and Communications Log


ClearDent:
  1. Launch ClearDent from your Desktop
  2. Click Patient tab and Find a Patient
  3. Search Patient by entering name and click OK
  4. Open Contact tab and view the all Contact History


Tracker
  1. Launch Tracker from your Desktop
  2. Click on Add/Edit Contact () and search for patient 
  3. Click on Notes/Alerts for view all communication logs or in the left column under Clinical select View All Notes


Easy Dental
  1. Launch Easy Dental from your Desktop
  2. In left column click on Contacts, then Select Patient
  3. Search for Patient then click on dated folder to view Contact Entry - Notes
