You can filter automated messages from your conversations with Patients by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the Engage module.

2. On the left navigation menu, select Messages.

3. Confirm the correct location is selected in the dropdown
   
   

4. Click "Home" 
   
   

5. Then click "Filter" 
   
   

6. If you want to only show manually sent messages, you can choose the quick filter labeled "Hide Automated Texts".
   

7. If you prefer to select which type of automated texts to show or hide, then select "Add Filter" and then "Message Type" 
     

8. Click on the dropdown next to Message type
     
   
   

9. Choose the message types you want to filter.

10. After making your selections, click "Apply".
