How To Filter Out Automated Text Messages

You can filter automated messages from your conversations with Patients by following these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Engage module.

  2. In the top navigation menu, select SMS.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.

  3. On the left hand column, you will see all of your chat threads. At the top of the list will be a field called Automated Texts.

    1. Clicking on the checkbox will show all of the automatic texts sent from auto-reminders.

    2. Leaving the checkbox unchecked will filter out the texts and only show the messages that were manually sent between the user and patient.
