How to create and manage group chats

Group chats will make sure you get the right people the same information at the same time, also allowing a discussion to take place with those people if needed. 


To create a group chat:

  1. Navigate to the Internal Chat module.

  2. Click on + New Group Chat

  3. Type in the group chat name, and add the users that need to be in. Click on Create

  4. To add or remove users, you can use the buttons on the right side

    1. Click on + Add Member, to add additional users to the group chat.

    2. Click on Remove to remove a user from the group chat

    3. Click on Leave Conversation to remove yourself from the group chat

  5. To edit the name, click on the Edit icon.
