How to Change Your Phone’s Ringtone

This article will guide you through the process of changing the ringtone that plays when a patient calls into your practice. There are a variety of options available to you that you can choose from. Below are the steps you’ll need to take in order to set your new ringtone.


To change your ringtone:

  1. Navigate to and press the button in the middle of the directional buttons on the right side of the phone

  2. Navigate to the Preferences option using the directional keys and press the center button

  3. Navigate to Sounds in the menu using the directional keys and press the center button

  4. Navigate through the available ringtones by pressing the left and right directional keys and stop on the ringtone you would like to use

  5. (Optional) Adjust the ring volume by navigating to the Ring Volume setting using the down directional button and then adjusting the volume using the left and right directional buttons

  6. Press the Save button located in the top portion of the phone just under the display screen.
