How to Cancel a Payment Request

To Cancel a Payment Request:

  1. Navigate to the Adit Pay module

  2. In the top navigation menu, select Payments.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options

  3. Find the Patient Payment in the Dashboard

  4. Click on the pencil icon Preview for the unpaid payment.

  5. Choose "Cancel Request" to void and cancel the payment request.


Once the Payment Request is cancelled the status will be changed to "Voided" from "Unpaid".
