Guide to Adit's Partner Dashboard

Adit’s partner platform allows you to manage all your clients who use Adit from one singular access point. 

How to Get Started

  1. In order to get access to our partner platform, a representative from Adit’s team will send you an invitation via email. By accepting the invitation you will be redirected to https://partners.adit.com/ to create your account. 

  2. Once your account is created, you can add your first practice by selecting Request Access

  3. In the pop up, add the Account ID of the practice you want to request access from. If you do not know the Practice’s Account ID, please contact the practice and direct them to this article here to locate their ID.

  4. Next, select the users that will be able to access this practice’s Adit account, then select request access.

  5. The practice will then receive a request in their Adit account and can approve it accordingly. Once approved, you will get an email notification. 

Managing Your Client Dashboard

  1. Once a practice provides access to their Adit account, their information will be displayed in the Client dashboard. 

  2. The first column is Organization Name, which is the name of the Practice. 

  3. The second column is the Location of the practice. If there are multiple locations for a practice, they will show up in each row. 

    1. For Example: 

      1. ABC Dentistry (Houston)

      2. ABC Dentistry (Austin)

      3. ABC Dentistry (Dallas)

  4. Clicking on the “eye” icon will open up that account


Adding Users To Your Account

  1. You can add additional users to your partner account by clicking on the users tab in the top navigation bar. 

  2. Select Add User

  3. In the pop up, enter in the following:

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Email

    4. Password

    5. Role :

      1. Admin

        1. Admin users will have the ability to invite, delete, and edit the settings of other user accounts in your partner account

      2. Staff

        1. Staff users will only be able to open up your client accounts that they have access to, also request access to other client accounts if they have the practice ID.

Managing Your Users

  1. You can manage your existing users using the following Actions:

    1. Edit

      1. You can edit the Name, Email, Password, and Role of the user

    2. Disable/Enable

      1. This will disable/enable the user credentials accordingly

    3. Delete

      1. This will permanently delete the user from your partner account
