Forward office phones to an external number

There may be times when you want inbound calls to your practice to be forwarded to an external number, such as a cell phone or answering service.

To forward calls:

  1. Click the Settings gear in the top right corner of your Adit platform.

  2. Select Number List from the menu.

  3. Hover over the landline number you would like to forward.

  4. Click the Edit Icon on the top right of the number box.

  5. Add or edit the Ring or Simulring step in the Call Flow.

  6. Next to the Forward Calls To option, select External Number and then enter the number you would like the calls to forward to.

  7. Click the Update button at the top right of the call flow to save your changes.
