Adit’s Call Tracking gives you an easy-to-view list of qualified leads that did not convert (i.e. did not book an appointment) so that your team can follow up with those patients and try to convert them at a later time.  This feature is called the Follow Up List.

To view your Follow Up List, simply navigate to the Call Tracking module. In the top navigation menu, hover over Leads and select Follow Up List.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.

The page will display a list of the qualified leads and allow you to select your plan for following up on each one.  You can listen to the call recording from this page to help you determine the best course of action.
