Find patients who are overdue for recall

Find patients who are overdue for recall

It’s important to keep track of patients who miss their scheduled recare, as that is lost revenue for your practice.  Adit provides you with two easy ways to view a list of overdue patients - in the Practice Analytics module, and in the Patients module.

To view overdue patients in the Patients module:

  1. Navigate to the Patients module.

  2. Hover over your location on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select Overdue Patients from the menu.

  4. To see patients who are overdue by a specific amount of time (i.e. 6-12 months overdue), click the appropriate tab in the bottom section of the page.
