Missed Call Text can help your practice out when you have a busy schedule. In case any calls are missed, having a text letting the caller know they will hear from you soon can improve their experience.

To enable missed call text:

1. Navigate to the Engage module.

2. In the navigation menu, hover over Auto-Reminders and select Missed Call Text. 
   
   

3. Click Add to create a new Missed Call Text
   

4. Here you can edit the reminder name, number, hours, and message.
   
5. Click the Save button to save your confirmationn
