Edit a Form Automation
You can easily update how your forms are automatically assigned.
To update the timing or assignment criteria for your automatic forms:
1. Navigate to the Patient Forms module.
2. In the top navigation menu, select Auto-Assign. If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.
3. Locate the auto-assigning form that you would like to edit.
4. Click the Edit icon.
5. Make any necessary changes.
6. Click Save.
