Diagnosis and Acceptance

Diagnosis and Acceptance

When viewing Practice Analytics there are two metrics that allow you to track the status of treatment planning and patient engagement. (This is available in Morning Huddle, Practice Performance, Hygiene Performance, Provider Performance, and Cases Report)

Diagnosis is the measurement of the amount of patients who have a treatment plan created when they have a visit or appointment that day.
Acceptance is the measurement of the amount of patients who book their appointments for at least one treatment planned procedure.

Acceptance is broken down further in Provider Performance.
Patient acceptance is when the patient adds a least one treatment to an upcoming appointment from their treatment plan.
Treatment acceptance is the measurement of how many treatments were added to treatment plans and of that number how many treatments are booked into the future.
