Create Follow Ups from the Patient Card

The patient card makes it easy to manage a patient’s details all in one place.  


Here is how to create a follow up from the patient card: 



  1. To open up a patient’s card, type your patient’s name into the Search box, which you can find at the top of any page within the Adit platform.

  2. Select the patient from the list of suggested matches, and their Patient Card will open on the right-hand side of your screen.

  3. In the follow ups section, click on the + Add Button

  1. Fill out the following details for the follow up:

    1.     Patient Name - Start typing the patient’s name, then select the correct patient from the suggestion list.

    2.  Follow Up Type - Choose from the available options:

Unconfirmed Appt

Incomplete Form

Hygiene Recare

Unscheduled Broken Appt

Unscheduled Treatment

Past Due Balance

Past Due Claims

Post-Op

Other

  1. Assign to - Select a user from the drop-down menu.

  2. Choose a follow up date - Type in the date this task is due, or click the calendar icon to select a date

  3.  Leave a note - Use this field to include any relevant information or notes that you will need when attempting this follow-up.

  1. Click on Save

  2. The Follow Up is now created and will show on the patient card
     



You can also manage your follow ups from within the patient card. The workflow is similar to how it would be in your follow ups dashboard.
