Adit allows you to connect your social media pages to Adit for multiple reasons. 

First, to allow patients to leave reviews for you online using the Pozative module. Second, to fetch and use your business hours to track which calls are being received during business hours. Lastly, your business hours can be tracked to customize your missed call texts.

The social media pages that Adit integrates with include: 

• Google

• Facebook

• Yelp

• Vitals

• Healthgrades

• RateMDs

• Yellow Pages

• Angie’s List

Keep in mind, that Adit will pull information from Google and Facebook including business hours, reviews received, star-rating, etc. if the full integration is setup. However, with the other social media pages listed above, Adit will not pull any information but strictly direct the user to your page to leave a review. 

How to add, remove, or manage your business pages

1. Go to Settings 

2. Select the Location that you want to manage the business page for.
   

3. Select Business Pages

4. Follow the instructions below based on the social media medium.

How Add a Google Business Page

For the Simple Integration, you can search for your practice by name in the search bar, then you can select your practice within the drop down options and select Save. To disconnect the simple integration, simply remove the text within the search box and select Save.

Before connecting your Google Business page through the Full Integration, please make sure that you have access to the Google account which has the Owner-level access to your Google Business Page. If you have not claimed your Google business page, please read here. 

1. Select the Connect Google Account button
   

2. Log in to your Google account

3. After logging in and connecting your Google account, the business page(s) will appear
   

4. If you have multiple business pages associated with your Google account, choose the correct business page, then select the Connect Google Account button again
   

5. Your business page will now show as connected
   

6. Next, you will need to enable this connected Google Business Page in the Pozative Module. Navigate to Pozative > Preferences > and select the toggle to enable it on

How to Add a Facebook Business Page

1. For the Simple Integration, enter your Facebook Business Page URL and select the checkmark icon to save. 
2. Next, you will need to enable this connected Google Business Page in the Pozative Module. Navigate to Pozative > Preferences > and select the toggle to enable it on

How to Add a Yelp, VItals, Healthgrades, RateMDs, Yellow Pages, or Angie's List Page

1. Paste the URL link of the business page in the field below, then select the Checkmark icon to save it .
