Check the Unscheduled Production for a Patient

The patient card makes it easy to manage a patient’s details all in one place.  

 

Here is how to see the unscheduled production for a patient:


  1. To open up a patient’s card, type your patient’s name into the Search box, which you can find at the top of any page within the Adit platform.

  2. Select the patient from the list of suggested matches, and their Patient Card will open on the right-hand side of your screen

  3. In the activities tab, you can see the amount of Unscheduled Production for a patient

  4. Click on Unscheduled Production, and a page will open showing additional details 

  5. In the first section of the card, you can see the total amount of unscheduled treatments that a patient has:



  6. The next section will be the treatment planner.

    1. There are 4 tabs that categorize the entries in the treatment planner

      1. All: shows all treatment statuses

      2. Unscheduled: shows the treatments that are in the planner but are not scheduled

      3. Scheduled: shows treatments that have a scheduled appointment

      4. Completed:  shows completed treatments

    2. You can also use the search box to filter out the following data points:

      1. Treatment Status

      2. Treatment Code

      3. Priority

  7. In the treatment planner section, each entry will show the following information:

    1. The date the treatment was created in the planner

    2. The appointment status of the treatment (Scheduled, Not Scheduled, Completed)  

      1. If the treatment was completed, the completed date will also show

    3. The treatment code 

    4. The tooth number 

    5. The priority number

    6. The status of the treatment from the ehr (Treatment Planner, Active, Complete)

    7. The Description

    8. The Providers Associated 

    9. The Treatment Amount
