The patient card makes it easy to manage a patient’s details all in one place.  

Here is how to view the family members associated with a patient:

1. To open up a patient’s card, type your patient’s name into the Search box, which you can find at the top of any page within the Adit platform.
   

2. Select the patient from the list of suggested matches, and their Patient Card will open on the right-hand side of your screen
   

3. You can view all the family members associated with that patient by clicking on the Patient Info tab on the main patient card.
   

4. Under Family File, you will see all the family details and their appointment status.
   

5. If you want to view only the family members who do not have any upcoming scheduled appointments, you can click on the activities tab, and look at Unsched Family Members

6. Click on Unscheduled Family Members, and a page will open showing only the family members without an appointment
   
   

7. Clicking on any of these names will redirect you to that patient’s card.
