Check if someone viewed an appointment request
When your practice offers online booking, it is crucial to stay on top of every request - especially if you do not integrate your EHR software with Adit’s Online Scheduling feature. Missing an appointment request can mean you accidentally double-book an appointment time, or lose out on a potential patient.
An easy way to check if your appointment requests have been viewed is to view the Read Receipt in the Online Scheduling dashboard:
Navigate to the Online Scheduling module.
In the top navigation menu, select Appointments. If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.
Locate the Read Receipt column on the right side of the appointment list.
A green check mark in that column for an appointment request form means that form has been read. Hover your mouse over the check mark to view which user or email address viewed the form.
You can also click on the Patient Name for the form to open form details. Scroll down to the bottom and you will find the Read Receipts listed there as well.
