CareCredit: Managing Applications and Transactions
You can track your current CareCredit applications or transactions by going to the navigation bar in the Financing module
and selecting the respective page.
On the Applications Page:
In the graph above, you can see the following metrics:
The total number of financing requests that have been sent out
Then which of those applications have been submitted by patients
Then which of those submitted applications have been approved
And which of those submitted applications have been rejected
In the Table, you can see the following patient info:
Patient Name
Patient ID - this is from your EHR
Request Date - the date the application was requested
Approved Date - the date the application was approved by CareCredit
Application Status - Requested, Approved, or Declined
Credit Line - How much credit the patient was approved for
On the Transactions Page
In the graph above, you can see the following metrics:
Gross Revenue Generated
Net Revenue Generated (after CareCredit Fees)
In the Table, you can see the following patient info
Patient Name
Patient ID - this is from your EHR
Request Date - the date the transaction was requested
Amount - the amount that was originally requested
Status - Requested, Completed, Canceled
Paid Date - the date the transaction was paid
Paid Amount - the amount that was fulfilled
Fees - the CareCredit Fees
Net - The Paid Amount minus the CareCredit Fees
Action - If the transaction is still in Requested status, you can copy the link and resend it to the patient
