CareCredit: How to Create A Report in Patient Lists for Batch QuickScreen
On the home page, select the Practice Analytics module
In the top navigation, select Patient Lists
Select Create List
In the Pop Up, you can begin customizing which filters you want to use in order to create your custom patient list.
Select a patient status - Active, Inactive, or Both
We recommend using Active
Select a filter - Financing Status
Select the Filter Type - Not-Approved, Pre-Approved, or Existing Cardholder
If you select Pre-Approved or Existing Cardholder, then an additional filter will appear, requiring you to
enter an amount to filter the credit line
Depending on how basic or advanced you want your reporting to be, you can select Add Filter to run a
combination of different filters
For example, you can run a report that filters all pre-approved patients who still have unscheduled
treatment.
Another example, you can run a report that filters all pre-approved patients who have an overdue
balance in the EHR.
Select Run to generate the report.
Once you are satisfied with the results select Save List and name your patient list so that you can easily reference
this list in the future.
This is a live report, meaning that the patient list is constantly being filtered based on real time. For example, if you ran
this pre-approved report yesterday, and are checking the report today, then any patients who had an approved
application and became an existing cardholder would no longer appear in this list.
