Cancelled / No Show Appointments Disappearing (Eaglesoft)

My appointments are not showing in Practice Analytics after Cancellations.  

This is determined by how they are “marked” in Eaglesoft.  


Eaglesoft has three options when removing/deleting an appointment. 

Consider Appointment As: 

Failed - “No Show” in Adit. 

Canceled - “Cancellation” in Adit. 

Neither - This will remove the appointment from Adit records.  


Add to QuickFill list must also be selected to show in Adit.

Eaglesoft also allows for preferences when Moving an appointment.  This will ensure that the user does not miss adding to Quick Fill List.  (This is just a preference)

On Schedule > Moved Appt Prompt When Exiting Onschedule > No Prompt on Exit/Send Appt to Quick Fill List
