Block callers from calling your practice

Block callers from calling your practice

Blocking unwanted robo-calls or any spam callers is useful to keep distractions away from your practice.

Notes: Blocked calls will not appear on your reports. Once a number is blocked our system will reject the call completely, regardless of whether the caller is a person or a robodialer.

To block a number:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page.

  2. Under the Numbers column, click on Blocked Callers, then click on your specific location.

  3. Once viewing your specific location, click on Block Callers.

  4. Enter the number that you want to block from calling your number, and click on Block.
